Operating like a members club for non-members, Denizen House is a neighbourhood service centre, combining the best of café, Kitchen, concierge, day-spa & meeting lounge, including:

● Concierge (post, package and dry-cleaning pick-up & drop-off)

● Touchdown work & lounge space

● Showers & changing facilities

● Unlimited, self-serve beverages

● Grab & go meals + refrigerator essentials

This role supports our Café Team and Community Managers in helping our guests to have a productive and at the same time enjoyable working day.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and show round new prospective Denizens (Members)
• Sign-up and onboard new Denizens
• Set-up, close-down & active running of the Café
• Provide Concierge & Host Service within the Denizen House
• Support evening events

Shifts are typically Monday through Friday, four to eight hours per shift.

• Loves people, coffee and delivering great service
• Has first experience in a Hotel, Restaurant, Café or Coworking setting
• Is motivated to bring 365 day hospitality to life in a modern, urban setting in Berlin
• Speaks English & German (ideally as of B2 level in both languages)
