Job Scope

We are currently seeking a Community Lead to join our vibrant team at Denizen Eiswerk. As the face of our coworking location, you’ll be the go-to person for our members, the engine behind our operations, and the voice of our brand online.


Responsibilities


Community Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for both existing members and potential new members
  • Foster a welcoming, supportive environment that promotes connection and collaboration
  • Support the planning and execution of regular community events, workshops, and informal meetups


Operations & Administration

  • Oversee daily operations, including shift planning, supplies management, and vendor coordination
  • Manage administrative tasks such as invoicing, member onboarding, and general inquiries
  • Coordinate services for business address clients and ensure their needs are met
  • Maintain strong relationships with external partners and service providers
  • Ensure a consistently clean, organized, and inviting workspace


Human Resources

  • Assist with the recruitment and onboarding of new team members
  • Help cultivate a positive and inclusive team culture


Marketing & Communication

  • Manage and create content for our local social media channels to engage and grow our audience
  • Contribute to newsletters and regular updates to keep members informed and inspired
  • Support tours, open houses, and events for prospective members and partners


The Ideal Candidate
  • 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in coworking or hospitality
  • Speaks English & German (ideally as of B2 level in both languages)
  • Loves people, coffee and delivering great service
  • Is motivated to bring 365 day hospitality to life in a modern, urban setting in Berlin
  • Open-minded and challenges the status quo to drive innovation and improvement
