Denizen is developing the next generation neighbourhood, a network of interconnected locations, offering space, service and convenience on demand (learn more at www.thisisdenizen.com).
We are doing this by inversing the coworking model and launching a new Third Place concept called Denizen House that helps companies and local residents access the space, service and community most needed during the daytime.
Operating like a members club for non-members, Denizen House is a neighbourhood service centre, combining the best of café, Kitchen, concierge, day-spa & meeting lounge, including:
● Concierge (post, package and dry-cleaning pick-up & drop-off)
● Touchdown work & lounge space
● Showers & changing facilities
● Unlimited, self-serve beverages
● Grab & go meals + refrigerator essentials
● Evening classes & events
● Pop-up services (nails, massage)
The Denizen House is complemented by Denizen Spaces. A 2-way marketplace that matchmakes Small and Mid-Sized Business owners who have unused space and connecting them with:
1. Local work from home residents, who need the convenience of a home office, just not at home as well as
2. Distributed teams looking for short-term project space on demand.
The Denizen team is a mix of hospitality operators & technologists (including EHL alumni), focused on delivering a great high tech/high touch service experience for our residents and the wider neighbourhood, bringing them 365 day hospitality.
We are backed by Solutions Holding as well as Porsche Digital, and are working with both Modiste (Interior Architects), Workshop Coffee (Speciality Coffee) and Vitra (Strategic Partner) to bring the space to life.
