About us

In early 2022, Denizen’s first House opened its doors in Berlin, offering local residents and companies a range of day-time services and leisure activities tailored to their professional needs (see www.thisisdenizen.com).

Conceived as a lobby for the neighbourhood, it offers Denizens - locals and regulars alike - a place away from the home or office, with an open lounge, concierge, grab-and-go café, flexible workspace and a self-care studio with showers and changing facilities. Events and classes, such as meet-ups, food tastings, yoga, and fitness classes round off the comprehensive offering.

Denizen directly and through various Real Estate partners, operate a variety of community and workspaces in Berlin, Düsseldorf, Mainz & Mannheim with plans to expand across Germany, UK & The Netherlands over the next 12 months.

The Denizen team is a mix of hospitality operators & technologists, focused on delivering a great high tech/high touch service experience for our residents and the wider neighbourhood, bringing them 365-day hospitality.

Our main investors are Porsche Digital plus Solutions Holding & KHV Holdings (two of the founders of 25hours Hotel Company) and are working with both Modiste (Interior Architects), Andraschko Coffee (Speciality Coffee) and Vitra (Strategic Partner) to bring our spaces to life.

Our main hotel and real estate partners include Numa, Real IS and Aroundtown where we collaborate to bring unique hospitality and community experiences into the ground floor of their buildings.
